Luke Walter is an agile coach at CollabNet, Inc., helping organizations transition from conventional planning and metrics, identify impediments to success, and achieve cultural transformation. With a background in industrial design, Luke has 18 years of product development experience – over 14 of them in software user interface, information architecture, and design management at consultancies and corporations including Microsoft and Getty Images. An agile practitioner since 2004, he learned by immersion on a high-fidelity Scrum team building the industry’s leading agile project management tool, ScrumWorks Pro. Based in New York, he is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional.
