CollabNet Certified Integrations are for both technical and business users and are based on the CollabNet Integration Framework (CIF) - a standardized method to integrate vendor and home-grown software development lifecycle tools into the CollabNet Platform.

Lifecycle Policy
CollabNet supports the most current version of the product and the next prior major release. (A major release example being 1.Y with the prior major release being 1.X or 2.0 and 1.9.) Support cases logged against unsupported versions will be accepted and worked by CollabNet Support, unless the defect has been fixed in a more recent release. In the latter case, an upgrade to a supported version will be required before Support will continue to work on the case.
Cases of type ‘Application Defect’ or ‘Feature Request’ submitted to CollabNet Support will be evaluated (reviewed) internally within the support and engineering team. Upon checking the feasibility, they may be fixed in future releases.
