CollabNet® increases worldwide reach by expanding partner network
Arvos International, Business Vision, Coda OnDemand and CNC Consulting Among Many New CollabNet Partners in Latin America, Asia, Europe, and North America
BRISBANE, Calif., June 13, 2006 — CollabNet, the leading provider of on-demand collaborative software development solutions, today announced nine additional members of CollabNet's Global Partner Program, expanding CollabNet's worldwide presence in North America, Asia and Latin America. CNC Consulting (New Jersey, U.S.), Arvos International (Sao Paulo, Brazil), Business Vision (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Coda OnDemand (Shanghai, China) now resell CollabNet's web-based, distributed software development solutions allowing them to expand into new markets and provide additional value to their customers.
CollabNet provides collaborative software development environments that enable distributed teams to dramatically improve their ability to deliver software projects on-time, on-target, and on-budget. Unlike other software development management systems from vendors such as IBM/Rational, Borland, or Microsoft, CollabNet provides an on-demand, pre-configured web-based service that works with existing software development tools, technologies, and processes. CollabNet's global partners are now able to resell the award-winning CollabNet Enterprise Edition and CollabNet Subversion On Demand products, allowing them to enter the growing distributed software development market. These partners will be able to offer their customers, both large and small, CollabNet's compelling solutions via the web through CollabNet's on demand model and establish a steady stream of recurring revenue for their business.
"By joining forces with CollabNet, our partners are able to expand their sales opportunities and transition easily into a recurring revenue model, without the headaches of building a data center themselves," said Chris Clabaugh, VP of Business Development for CollabNet. "Our innovative development solutions, coupled with our successful partner program, enable our partners to win new business and provide their customers with the right capabilities to better meet global business needs in today's flattened world."
