CollabNet and Ivis Technologies Provide Process Improvement and Project Management for All Sizes of Businesses
BRISBANE, Calif., June 20, 2006 — CollabNet, a leading provider of on demand distributed software development solutions, announced that Ivis Technologies (www.ivis.com), a leading provider of process management software, will deliver its Ivis xProcess version 2.1 process improvement and project management software utilizing CollabNet Subversion On Demand as a zero-footprint platform.
This new Subversion-powered offering represents an entirely new class of asynchronous collaborative applications that are ideal for rapid, broad-based adoption by businesses of all sizes and types seeking an easy-globalized approach to process definition and management. Ivis xProcess On Demand will be available directly from Ivis and via CollabNet business partners such as Clearvision, LLC.

Ivis developed its xProcess project team management system with the popular Eclipse integrated development environment (IDE) and the on demand edition of the Subversion software change management (SCM) system championed by CollabNet. The resulting highly distributable application eliminates the need for a business to establish its own change management repository.
xProcess enables business users and developers to optimize plans, improve processes and manage disparate resources across multiple teams and locations.
