CollabNet announces reseller channel program for Software as a Service (saas)

Global Leader in Distributed Development Forms Business Partner Program to Accelerate Channel Adoption of Internet-based Software and Services

BRISBANE, Calif., December 16, 2005 — CollabNet, the leading provider of on-demand (SaaS) distributed software development services, today announced that it is accelerating the channel's role in the global trend toward Internet-based software and services by establishing the CollabNet Global Business Partner Program.

The new CollabNet channel program is the industry's first partner enablement offering that specifically targets developers of Software as a Service (SaaS), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and other on-demand, Internet-based software and applications.
