Tony Farinaro has a history of building and leading world class services teams in the areas of project management, systems design, IC design and software development for companies across a broad array of industries, including military, aerospace/defense, medical instrumentation and monitoring, communications, security, industrial and consumer. Most recently Tony was VP and General Manager of Global Services at Actel where he led the global services team in providing contract design and methodology services drove business development, managed government contracts to accelerate corporate product development and reduce R&D costs, and utilized his DoD Top Secret Clearance to engage in critical federal programs.
Tony has deep experience in leadership excellence, project management, SDLC processes, and tool implementation consulting. In his role at CollabNet, Tony is responsible for setting the overall go-to-market strategy and vision for CollabNet services and assisting companies in assessing their program management and design processes to transform to a fully integrated and scalable Agile enterprise.
