Tom Clark joined CollabNet in 2004 with more than 20 years experience as a financial executive across a variety of industries. He is a goal oriented finance leader with a proven ability to cultivate productive relationships, influence corporate results, and provide strategic financial insight.

Clark is a frequent speaker on the topic of SaaS business models and its return on investment for the enterprise and has successfully orchestrated mergers, acquisitions and financings exceeding one billion dollars in transaction value.

Prior to joining CollabNet, Clark worked for seven years at ProBusiness Services, now Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:ADP), most recently as director of finance where he was instrumental in identifying new market opportunities focused on accelerating top line growth. Prior to ProBusiness Services, Clark was with KPMG LLP.

Clark, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
