Tom Clark joined CollabNet in 2004 with more than 14 years experience as a financial executive across a variety of industries, including administrative services, manufacturing, software development, and technology wholesale. Clark is a goal oriented finance leader with a proven ability to cultivate productive relationships, influence corporate results with accountability, and provide strategic financial insight.
Prior to joining CollabNet, Clark worked for seven years at ProBusiness Services, now Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:ADP), most recently as director of finance where he was instrumental in identifying new market opportunities focused on accelerating top line growth. Prior to ProBusiness Services, Clark was an executive with KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax, and advisory firm.
Clark, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, earned his B.S from Saint Mary's College of California.
